While we navigate through these are very fluid times, I know we enjoyed our time with a mask optional policy, however, Luxe requires all clients wear a mask while in the building and while in the studio.
Masks will only be removed during services on the face and then must be put back on.
You will be required to complete our Confidential Client Health History & Screening Form before each appointment.
You will receive and automated text 2 hours before your appointment with arrival instructions and wait in your vehicle. When you arrive you will respond to that text with “I am here”. The system will send you a response for your next steps. Due to our studio size, we regret that we cannot allow additional guests, other than a parent or legal guardian.
WHAT I AM DOING TO KEEP MYSELF AND MY CLIENTS SAFE:
I will wear a mask at all times while servicing clients. My suite and implements will be thoroughly sanitized after each client as well as frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer. I will be using more disposable items as much as I can. All high touch surfaces will be sanitized frequently and after each client. I will be the only one opening and closing my suite door, handling retail products for you.
I understand that this is a lot of information and is quite the change, but safety is my priority for myself and all my clients. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies.
