Scheduling at Luxe Skin Care
ONLINE BOOKING:
We are unable to add any additional services if they were not scheduled in advanced to help keep me from running behind and allow for the time to sanitize as required. Appointment bookings and changes as well as joining the wait list, is done via your account online. Our booking system is always current and up-to-date.
A valid credit card is required to schedule and hold your appointments and is charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

INTAKE:
We require clients complete our Precautionary Illness Liability Release Form and other intake forms necessary for appointments 48 hours before your appointment. These are emailed to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 48-hour notice of cancellation required for all appointments to avoid cancel fees.
If you are not feeling well, as always, I ask that you contact me straight away and reschedule. Clients who fail to show for their appointment, late cancel or who are more than 10 minutes late, will still be charged 100% no-show fee.
Appointment Reminders (email & text) are a courtesy and are automated. It is your responsibility to remember your appointments scheduled to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals, and cancellation fees. Please always check your confirmations when they’re received to ensure the date/time are correct.
Our booking system is set up with automatic appointment reminders as a courtesy and received as follows:
- Appointment Scheduled: You’ll receive an email and or text confirmation of appointment day created.
- 72 hours before your appointment: You’ll receive an email and or text for your confirmation.
- 48 hours before your appointment(Cancellation Policy Activates): You will receive an email and or text as a reminder which is also the last chance to cancel to avoid any fees.
- 2 hours before appointment: You will receive an arrival text with instructions on your next steps.
Confirming your appointment helps us ensure that we are properly prepared for your appointment. We appreciate a response to the notifications.
We do not make phone call confirmations. Please utilize the automated email and text confirmations.
PERSONAL ITEMS:
As we operate in a small space, Please only bring your what is essential. We are not responsible for lost items.
ARRIVAL:
Due to our studio size, we regret that we cannot allow additional guests, other than a parent or legal guardian.
DRINKS/FOOD:
Our studio is small and to avoid spills and keep our studio sanitary and smelling pleasant, we do not allow food or drinks other than water.
All forms must be completed 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This form will be in your email appointment confirmations. Please make sure to check your spam folder.
